The Professional Development Committee would like to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of African American Caucus members at future meetings. The Committee created a form to allow members to share information about their own accomplishments and milestones as well as those of others. You may fill out this form and submit it multiple times in order to recognize the accomplishments of more than one member. Accomplishments may include promotions, awards, grants, publications, retirement, earning a degree, completing a project, and achieving other types of milestones and goals.

Professional Development Panel – “How to Grow Your Career at MSU”

The AAC Professional Development Committee, headed by Board Member Nadine Verna, has scheduled a panel discussion titled “How to Grow Your Career at MSU” on Thursday, April 15th at 12 noon on Zoom. All members are welcome. The conversation will include a variety of topics such as promotions and range adjustments. The speakers include two MSU Human Resources professionals — Keesha Chavez, the Assistant Vice President for Learning, Development, and Performance, Learning, Development, and Performance, and Qiana Mitchell Watson, the Associate Vice President for Compliance and Labor Relations.
