Our staff collects and maintains the database of record for alumni and friends of the University. Frequent emails, phone calls and mailings are sent throughout the year in order to keep this database current. We take care of these day-to-day maintenance activities so that you can have access to an up-to-date, centralized source of alumni information.<\/p>\n
We work with academic and administrative departments, programs, centers, institutes, schools and colleges to engage alumni in a timely and compelling way. Here are just several of the ways we can help with your alumni communications needs:<\/p>\n
Emails<\/strong> Print Mailings<\/strong> Telephone Outreach<\/strong> Event Announcements:<\/strong> We can create announcement pages for you for all events and activities that are of interest to alumni. \nOur office can distribute your event invitations, major announcements, program updates and newsletters to segmented groups of alumni through the Raiser\u2019s Edge system. In addition to targeted emails, we welcome information on upcoming campus events, which we promote to area alumni each Monday in an events listing. We also distribute a monthly e-newsletter highlighting news features and upcoming events that are of interest to our alumni.<\/p>\n
\nWe can provide you with pre-addressed mailing labels for your alumni mailings or, if it is more convenient for you, we can send your mailing information directly to your printer\u2019s secure FTP site.<\/p>\n
