Cali School of Music to recordings of meditation sessions, there are many digital opportunities available to you.<\/p>\n<h2>John J. Cali School of Music \u2013 Masterful Musings<\/h2>\n<p>The John J. Cali School of Music is hosting weekly discussions titled \u201cMasterful Musings \u2013 Inspirational Conversations in the Cali Choral Community.\u201d Musical guests come together to discuss various topics including \u201cMy Journey to the Podium,\u201d \u201cThe Art of Craft\u201d and \u201cLiving Your Truth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the spirit of lifelong learning, we\u2019re tapping into professional connections that will give our students and alumni valuable insights from a wide range of guests,\u201d says Heather J. Kerry Rasp has been facilitating weekly meditation sessions at the Health Promotion Drop In Center for over a decade. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/health-promotion\/weekly-workshops\/meditation\/\">Recordings of the sessions<\/a> are available to alumni.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The College of Humanities and Social Sciences<\/strong><strong> \u2013 Virtual Philosophy for Lunch<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Virtual Philosophy for Lunch is a weekly event where students, professors and guests discuss a few great passages of philosophy. Recent sessions have focused on free speech, the gun debate, and Aristotle on friendship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn creating Philosophy for Lunch, we wanted a weekly event that set up a context for everyone to actually do philosophy,\u201d says Tiger Roholt, chairperson of the philosophy department. \u201cEach session is grounded on a carefully crafted, short handout which is shared on Zoom.\u201d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/montclairconnect.org\/get-involved\/event-calendar?cid=6&amp;ceid=1953&amp;cerid=0&amp;cdt=4%2f16%2f2020\">Virtual Philosophy for Lunch: Virtual versus Face-to-Face Interaction \u2013 Thursday, April 16<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>The College of Science and Mathematics \u2013 Sustainability Seminar Series<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The PhD program in Environmental Science and Management is pleased to invite the Montclair community to virtual sustainability presentations.
