{"id":41,"date":"2018-01-30T14:52:49","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T19:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/campus-recreation\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2025-02-25T09:55:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T14:55:30","slug":"policies-and-procedures","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/campus-recreation\/about-us\/policies-and-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Policies and Procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>General Policies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid Montclair State ID\/Membership is required for access to the facility.<\/li>\n<li>Faculty\/staff and alumni must purchase a membership or can purchase a day pass with a sponsor.<\/li>\n<li>A member can sponsor up to two guests at a time.<\/li>\n<li>A guest must be sponsored by a current active member of the Student Recreation Center.<\/li>\n<li>All guests must have a valid state government issued ID with a picture and date of birth to receive a guest pass.<\/li>\n<li>A guest of a member must be at least 16 years of age to use all areas other than the pool.<\/li>\n<li>Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.<\/li>\n<li>A guest must be in the presence of the sponsor at all times when using the facility.<\/li>\n<li>Fitness instruction services of any kind that are not provided by a certified Campus Recreation Personal Trainer are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>No photography or videotaping is allowed inside the Student Recreation Center unless prior written permission is granted.<\/li>\n<li>Hand towels are required in all activity areas; limit 2 per patron.<\/li>\n<li>Coats and bags are to be placed in the locker room or designated cubbies and be removed daily.<\/li>\n<li>Lockers are for day use only.
