At Montclair State, he develops, implements, markets and evaluates a college-wide career services program designed for CART students and alumni. Gregory\u2019s holistic approach to delivering career management and development strategies focuses on helping students and alumni increase self-awareness and promote intentional job and internship search strategies.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As a former adjunct for Loyola\u2019s Quinlan School of Business, Gregory has taught academic internship courses which has reinforced his belief in the value of experiential learning. Along with this understanding, he has experience in redesigning curriculum, developing mentorship programs, and managing career outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Gregory has served as a Quinlan Career Advisor as well as an Academic Advisor for Loyola University Chicago\u2019s College of Arts &amp; Sciences, and is a former Senior Operations Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Gregory holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University in Finance and College Student Affairs, respectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up an appointment<\/h2>\n<p>Gregory is available to meet with CART students who may have questions regarding career development, experiential learning and internship\/job search strategies.
