The Chronicle of Higher Education recently published a letter written by , Associate Professor in the , in defense of Dr. Bright Sheng, a professor at the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theater and Dance. Dr. Sheng was removed from his teaching responsibilities after his students complained about him showing the 1965 film version of Othello.
