, Professor in the , was interviewed in an article entitled, “The Future of Food Studies Education” for Total Food Service. A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Feldman “has been teaching and inspiring the next generation of students through course offerings that traverse the entire foodscape: Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science, and Food Systems.” His interview with covered the future of Food Studies education and the interaction of Industry and Academia.
