, Assistant Professor in the , recently received an award from the of the for her paper, “Wanting to Leave; Needing to Stay: Issues for Undocumented Mothers of Children with Disabilities.” Her paper won the inaugural and 2022 DDEL Publications Award for her exceptional contribution to the Multiple Voices Journal. The CEC is the largest international professional organization dedicated to Special Education.
