{"id":13156,"date":"2014-08-05T17:17:19","date_gmt":"2014-08-05T21:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/news\/article.php?ArticleID=13156"},"modified":"2024-12-10T13:21:27","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T18:21:27","slug":"13156_young-writers-workshop-showcase-august-7-4-30pm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/center-for-writing-excellence\/2014\/08\/05\/13156_young-writers-workshop-showcase-august-7-4-30pm\/","title":{"rendered":"Young Writers Workshop Showcase: August 7, 2014 at 4:30pm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During the month of July, the Center for Writing Excellence (CWE) and the Little Falls Public Library offered a Young Writers Workshop for area teens and tweens interested in working on their writing and meeting other writers.\u00a0 The pieces they have been working on will be showcased at a public reading on the campus of ÌÇÐÄvlog.\u00a0 Please join us on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 4:30 pm in Cohen Lounge, Dickson Hall.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>For more information please call the CWE at 973-655-7442 or visit our website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/center-for-writing-excellence\/\">montclair.edu\/center-for-writing-excellence<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Directions for the August 7 event:<\/p>\n<p>-Enter ÌÇÐÄvlog campus through the main entrance located on Normal Ave.<\/p>\n<p>-Follow the drive around the bend to the Red Hawk Parking Deck, which will be located on the right-hand side.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>-Exit the parking deck on the 5th floor, through which there is a back entrance\/pathway to North Campus and Dickson Hall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>-After exiting the parking deck, pass the soccer field and follow the path to Dickson Hall, which is the first building on the path (a brick building on the right).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>-Enter Dickson Hall through the automatic sliding doors.
