NJ Bill to Address Excessive Plastic/Paper Carry-Out Bag Litter
A bill to add a 5-cent fee to plastic and paper carry-out bags in hopes to reduce litter and provide funding towards lead abatement abatement programs, as well as encourage customers to choose reusable bags, is headed to the NJ Governor Phil Murphy
