REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN<\/a>\u00a0for \u201cTeaching Italian Symposium\/Workshops XII – Enriching Your Classroom with DigITAL Media<\/strong>\u201d\u2013the 12th annual professional development program organized by the Coccia Institute for the Italian Experience in America and Prof.ssa Enza Antenos, Dept. of Modern Languages and Literatures, at ÌÇÐÄvlog. The Institute’s signature event will be held on FRIDAY, OCT. 25th from 8:30am-3:30pm in University Hall\u2019s 7th floor Conference Center. This year’s keynote address, entitled “Caratteri delle lingue e media digitali<\/em><\/strong>”\u00a0<\/span>will be delivered by Dott.ssa Silvana Ferreri,\u00a0Universit\u00e0 di Viterbo<\/em>. <\/strong>A renowned\u00a0scholar in her own right, Dott.ssa Ferreri was married to distinguished Italian linguist, Tullio De Mauro.<\/span>\u00a0The annual unveiling of the national Coccia-Inserra Award for Excellence and Innovation in the Teaching of Italian (K-12) will be presented on this occasion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
