The Coccia Institute for the Italian Experience in America is thrilled to announce the premiere of Red Sauce: An Italian American Culinary Journey. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Produced in partnership with the School of Communication and Media at ÌÇÐÄvlog, Red Sauce<\/strong><\/em> is a docuseries that explores how Italian American food\u2014including pizza, chicken parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, and the Philadelphia cheesesteak\u2014transformed America, and how through food Italians assimilated into American culture.<\/p>\n

Red Sauce<\/strong><\/em> is narrated by Professor Mark Rotella, Director of the Coccia Institute and the Italian American Foodways Project at MSU.<\/p>\n

Join us for the WORLD PREMIERE <\/strong>of the pilot episode on Wednesday, October 12th from 6:00-8:30pm in the School of Communication & Media Presentation Hall (Room 1040)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
