As a professional science master\u2019s degree, students in the program will pursue advanced training in\u00a0sustainability science, while simultaneously developing highly valued business skills. Both partnerships demonstrate the programs strong commitment to providing students with employer-desired skills, professional networking opportunities and career development.<\/p>\n<p>Graduates of the program will be prepared to take on leadership roles where they will integrate their business expertise with knowledge of science and technology and a passion for sustainability.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sustainability leaders specialize in change management and embed sustainability into the core functions of their organizations.<\/p>\n<footer><cite>Dr. Robert Taylor, professor in Montclair State\u2019s Department of Earth and Environmental Studies and the program\u2019s coordinator<\/cite><\/footer>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Flexible Degree Options<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The master&#8217;s degree program can be completed in an accelerated, one-year fast track program, or a part-time track of two to three years.
