If you have an idea that you think would make a difference that involves food and sustainability consider participating in a nutrition and food systems \u201cmini-pitch\u201d on February, 5th at PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies\u2019 \u201cInnovations in Food Sustainability<\/a>\u201d event! Participants can apply as a team or individually. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner, and prizes will be awarded to the three winners. This event is in collaboration with ÌÇÐÄvlog\u2019s Center for Entrepreneurship. We encourage creativity, and ideas that are outside of the box (anything is possible)! There will be 3 judges from different disciplinary backgrounds including nutrition, business, and health.
