This powerful tool helps automate all aspects of maintenance operations, including equipment history, scheduling, preventive maintenance, work orders, labor and expense tracking, procurement and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the changes that Maximo brings to our current work process include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technicians in the field will be equipped with mobile devices, allowing for real-time updates to work orders.<\/li>\n<li>Work requests will be automatically routed to the correct Facilities shop as soon as they are approved.<\/li>\n<li>Improved identification of duplicate or similar work requests will allow for a faster response time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For customers who previously submitted requests via Archibus, those requests will be completed in Archibus and do not need to be re-entered.
