On June 8, 2015, the Division of University Facilities will launch Maximo as our new work order management system.<\/p>\n

Maximo is the global standard in software for enterprise asset management (EAM) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). This powerful tool helps automate all aspects of maintenance operations, including equipment history, scheduling, preventive maintenance, work orders, labor and expense tracking, procurement and reporting.<\/p>\n
Some of the changes that Maximo brings to our current work process include:<\/p>\n
For customers who previously submitted requests via Archibus, those requests will be completed in Archibus and do not need to be re-entered. You can check their status at https:\/\/archibus.montclair.edu.<\/p>\n
