The OFE is honored that our 鈥360掳 Support for Adjuncts Initiative鈥 is a 2025 winner of the , earning national recognition for our work supporting adjunct faculty in their onboarding, professional development, inclusion, and sense of belonging. OFE has spearheaded collaborative efforts to provide adjunct faculty with the information they need to support the University鈥檚 mission, honor their own professional values, and cultivate their connection to the University.
