The Center for Teaching and Academic Innovation (CTAI)<\/a> serves as a central resource for ÌÇÐÄvlog faculty to develop, refine, and innovate their teaching. CTAI offers support through practical guidance, opportunities for peer exchange, and access to pedagogical and technological resources.<\/p>\n

Some of CTAI\u2019s resources, services, and programs were previously overseen by the Office for Faculty Excellence. This page consolidates all teaching-related resources and opportunities formerly hosted by the OFE, to help faculty with this organizational transition. Teaching Resources (by Teaching Principle)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Montclair Teaching Principles were written by the Office for Faculty Excellence Advisory Board in consultation with the University\u2019s Provost, deans, and faculty who provided suggestions and feedback during the drafting process, in college meetings, through surveys, and in University Senate reviews.
