What We Do<\/h2>\n

ÌÇÐÄvlog\u2019s First-Generation Initiatives provide support services, resources and community to First-Generation College Students (FGS or First-Gen) and their family members. A First-Gen is considered to be the first in their immediate family to go to college, or the first in their immediate family to complete a bachelor\u2019s degree. Here at Montclair, approximately 48% of incoming students identify as First-Gen.<\/p>\n

Through engagement programming, First-Gen Initiatives is dedicated to supporting students and families throughout their academic journey.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Scholarship Opportunities<\/h2>\n

Montclair has partnered with Scholarship Universe which brings together external and internal scholarships in one convenient portal for our Red Hawks to access as much funding as possible. By filling out your Scholarship Universe profile, you\u2019ll be matched with best fit opportunities to obtain additional aid.<\/p>\n
