HSCI Program Information:<\/h2>\n

What are the goals of the Hispanic Student College Institute (HSCI)?<\/strong>
\nThe Hispanic Student College Institute (HSCI) provides a unique and highly interactive opportunity for any high school rising juniors and seniors (regardless of any characteristic protected by Federal laws and the laws of New Jersey including but not limited to family status, religion, nationality and ancestry. The primary purpose is to strengthen the participants\u2019 knowledge on issues related to transitioning to college, future academic success, and applying to college. Our goal is to increase students’ confidence in their ability to navigate the college admissions process and ultimately enroll at the college or university of their choice.<\/p>\n

How much does the HSCI cost?<\/strong>
\nThe Hispanic Student College Institute is completely free to all participants. The program includes housing for 3 nights; breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 4 days; and non-credit workshops\/co-curricular activities.<\/p>\n

Events like these show that underrepresented and minoritized students are attracted to the college experience. If only they had genuine opportunities to network and gain entry, they too could succeed beyond anyone\u2019s wildest expectation. It was an honor to take part in such a groundbreaking event for ÌÇÐÄvlog! <\/em>
