    2. \nPress # (pound\/hash)<\/span>\n<\/li>\n
    3. \nEnter your MSU extension<\/span>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Enter your PIN\/Password, followed by pound\/hash key<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Press 2 to listen to your messages\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Press 1 to listen to unread messages<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Press 2 to listen to read messages<\/span><\/li>\n
