Once the printer is preselected click on &#8220;Print Options and Account<br \/>\nSelection&#8221; button in the bottom right corner of the webpage.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/168\/2018\/05\/step08-1024x232.jpg\" alt=\"Prtint job status page\" width=\"1024\" height=\"232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6: Select how many copies you would like to print.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/168\/2018\/05\/step06-1024x252.jpg\" alt=\"Amount of copies\" width=\"1024\" height=\"252\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7: Upload the file that you wish to print out. Please be aware that only the following file types are allowed: Microsoft Excel xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx Microsoft PowerPoint pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx Microsoft Word doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf, txt PDF pdf Picture Files bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff. After you\u2019re finished uploading, click Upload &amp; Complete at the bottom right of the webpage.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/168\/2018\/05\/step07-1024x571.jpg\" alt=\"File upload\" width=\"1024\" height=\"571\" \/><\/p>\n<p>8: If the job uploaded successfully, the status will indicate &#8220;Held in a queue&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/168\/2018\/05\/step08-1024x232.jpg\" alt=\"Prtint job status page\" width=\"1024\" height=\"232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>9: Please use a touch panel located next to a printer to release the uploaded file. Currently, the release touch panels are available in University Hall, Room 5008 and Sprague Library, Room 132. You can either swipe your student ID to log into the device or enter your NetID credentials manually.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/168\/2018\/05\/step09a-197x300.jpg\" alt=\"Print release device\" width=\"197\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10: Swipe your student ID to log into the device or enter your NetID credentials manually.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/168\/2018\/05\/step09b-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"Print release device login prompt\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11: After you\u2019ve logged in, you will be presented with a list of print jobs available to release.
