If you do not see\u00a0<em>Panopto Recordings<\/em>, check out the Canvas Guide\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/community.canvaslms.com\/t5\/Instructor-Guide\/How-do-I-manage-Course-Navigation-links\/ta-p\/1020\">How do I manage Course Navigation Links<\/a>\u00a0to learn how to enable it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you wish to hide your Canvas Zoom Cloud recordings from students, you have 3 options:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"prpl-drawer\"><div class=\"prpl-drawer-header\">Option 1&colon;  Change the permissions of the course folder to hide content from students<\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Click on\u00a0<strong>Panopto Recordings<\/strong>\u00a0in the Canvas course menu.<\/li>\n<li>Check that the course folder is selected. Click on\u00a0<strong>Share<\/strong>\u00a0from the left menu.<br \/>\nb. Enter a name for the new folder.<br \/>\ne. Deselect the option \u201c<em>Inherit permissions from the parent folder<\/em>\u201d.<br \/>\nf. Hover your mouse over the recording and click on\u00a0<strong>Share<\/strong>.<br \/>\nb. Under\u00a0<strong>Invite people<\/strong>\u00a0type the name of the individual you wish to share the recording with and click on their MSU email account.<br \/>\nc. Ensure\u00a0<em>Notify people via email<\/em>\u00a0is selected.<br \/>\nd. Click\u00a0<strong>Send and save changes<\/strong>.<br \/>\ne.
