Education: B.A. degrees in Social Ecology and Comparative Culture from the University of California, Irvine; M.A. degrees in Philosophy from Boston College (Ancient, Continental) and the New School (Modern, Pragmatism); and Ph.D. in Postsecondary Adult and Online Education at Capella University.
Courses: Ethics & Community Engagement 102; Logic 106. Additional teaching competences: History of Western Philosophy, Native American Pragmatism, Continental Philosophy.
Current Research Interests and Writing Projects: 1) Environmental Philosophy and Water Ethics; 2) Hume鈥檚 Finite Mind; 3) L. Maria Child鈥檚 Romantic Pragmaticism; 4) Mood and Caring Beyond the Home (Heidegger, Kant, Noddings).
