Electronic Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Delivery:<\/strong> A certified PDF document sent within 72 hours to the specified email address.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing Fee:<\/strong> $3.90 per recipient&#8217;s email address.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Not available for students who attended 糖心vlog prior to 1990.<\/li>\n<li>You must request a standard mail transcript if you attended before 1990.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Important Considerations:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure the recipient accepts electronically delivered official eTranscripts.<\/li>\n<li>You can upload up to three pages of accompanying documents.
