{"id":85,"date":"2020-06-24T09:42:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-24T13:42:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-fellows\/?page_id=85"},"modified":"2024-12-09T11:29:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T16:29:40","slug":"senior-housing-project","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-fellows\/member-benefits\/senior-housing-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Housing Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To assist Senior Red Hawk Fellows students with transitioning to off-campus housing.<\/p>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Currently registered\/graduating senior Red Hawk Fellow.<\/li>\n<li>Must attend at least one Red Hawk Fellows event per semester, complete a budget review meeting with the Student Support Case Manager, Arian Craig, and be willing to work one-on-one with a realtor.<\/li>\n<li>Students must be employed at least part-time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>How it Works<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Students can sign up by attending any of the events offered.<\/li>\n<li>Students will work one-on-one with the Student Support Case Manager to establish their budget.<\/li>\n<li>Once a budget is established, students will work one-on-one with our wonderful realtors to locate a residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the program, students will be gifted with funds to assist either with their 1st month\u2019s rent or the security deposit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose To assist Senior Red Hawk Fellows students with transitioning to off-campus housing.
