Most arrangements can be made by phone or email, while others may require an appointment with our Conference Coordinator. This is the time for a thorough discussion of all specifics and details. We can help you make all the necessary decisions and determine which of our facilities and services fit your needs.<\/p>\n<p>Our summer conference housing adds convenience and control. To get started with the online registration you may give us a call and we can walk you through the process, or you may go to the\u00a0<a href=\"\/residence-life\/living-on-campus\/non-student-accomodations\/summer-conferences\/booking-procedures\/\">Booking Procedures<\/a> page and follow the simple instructions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Event Confirmation and Guarantees<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>After we have finalized all the details for your special event, you will receive a confirmation housing contract to be signed and mailed back to us. Please ensure we have this signed contract at least one month before your stay with us. This confirmation and guarantee will include the exact check-in dates, time, location, number of guests and check-out date and time.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Certificate of Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The contracting party shall provide the University with a current Certificates of Insurance for all coverage and renewals thereof which must contain the provision that the insurance provided in the certificate shall not be canceled for any reason except after thirty (30) days written notice to the University. All insurance required herein shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the University. All insurance required herein, except Workers&#8217; Compensation, shall name ÌÇÐÄvlog, the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority, as additional insured.<\/p>\n<p>Coverage for bodily injury and property damage claims arising out of the professional acts of the contractor and subcontractors shall also be included should the events or activities require the attendance of a practitioner of the medical arts. The minimum limits of liability shall not be less than a combined single limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, two million dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate, two million dollars ($2,000,000) product\/completed operations aggregate.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of the contract. Full payment is due prior to your check-in date.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Optional Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Linen Packet: $20.00 per packet<\/li>\n<li>Check-in Service after 10 p.m.: $15.00 per hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contact the Office of Residence Life at least six months prior to your event.
