Your proof of immunization can be found in your own personal immunization record, your health care provider’s office, your high school and any previous colleges attended.<\/p>\n

Important Notice: Non-Compliance of Immunization Submission<\/h2>\n

All new and transfer students are subject to health requirements as a prerequisite to attending classes at ÌÇÐÄvlog and entering University housing (if applicable). These requirements are mandated by New Jersey Higher Education Immunization laws and the University. Immunization requirements and deadlines for new students to submit their information are published on the Student Health Center website (See Above Submission Deadline Information).<\/p>\n
