Family Weekend returns Thursday, April 23 – Sunday, April 26 and if your family is already registered, you’re all set for a full weekend of events, food and time together on campus. Be sure to review the full schedule ahead of time and start planning your weekend together.
Check-In Information
All families, guests and students must check in at the check-in tent in front of the Student Center. This is where your group will receive food vouchers and a giveaway item. Directional signage will be placed around campus to help guide your family as they arrive. dzٱ:While we’ve done our best to plan food quantities based on RSVPs, all food is available on a first come, first served basis.
Important Information:
- The family member who registered your group received a confirmation and reminder email with their check-in QR code.
- Screenshots may not be accepted, so make sure they can access the original email when arriving.
- It’s best to check in with your full group present and your family only needs to check in once for the entire weekend.

For individual events, all that is needed is your Event Pass in Engage!
How to Access Your Event Pass:
- Sign in to
- Click your profile icon (top right)
- Select the small QR code icon on the top left of the dropdown
Does Your Family Require Accessibility Support?
If your family needs additional assistance navigating campus, golf cart service is available by calling 973-655-3288. Please Note: This service should be used only when needed so it remains available for others who require accessibility support. View the Parking Map to Find Accessible Parking!
Parking Details
- Free parking is available Friday, April 24 – Sunday, April 26 in CarParc Diem, Red Hawk Deck and all commuter lots.
- For Thursday, April 23, your family should park in Red Hawk Deck so they can receive a parking voucher when they check in.
