Check-In Information

All families, guests and students must check in at the check-in tent in front of the Student Center. This is where your group will receive food vouchers and a giveaway item. Directional signage will be placed around campus to help guide your family as they arrive. 狈辞迟别:听While we鈥檝e done our best to plan food quantities based on RSVPs, all food is available on a first come, first served basis.

Important Information:

  • The family member who registered your group received a confirmation and reminder email with their check-in QR code.
    • Screenshots may not be accepted, so make sure they can access the original email when arriving.
  • It鈥檚 best to check in with your full group present and your family only needs to check in once for the entire weekend.

To make sure you are on track and ready to register beginning Friday, March 20, follow these steps:

  • See Your Advisor: Make an appointment with your academic advisor through so they can help develop an education plan for completing your degree and beyond!
  • Find Out if You Need A PIN: All first-year students, pre-major students (Discovery Program), undergraduate students majoring in Anthropology, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Geography, Sustainability Science, Political Science, Jurisprudence, Law and Society or Law and Governance, readmit students and transfer students are required to meet with their advisor in order to receive a registration PIN. Health Insurance Waiver/Enrollment Information

Some students also may have the听Student Health Insurance听included in their spring 2026 balance. You will receive a separate email about waiving or enrolling in the University Health Insurance Plan, soon! All full-time students are required to have health insurance.

Please 狈辞迟别:听If you already waived or enrolled in the University Health Insurance for the 2025-2026 academic year, no action is needed for the spring 2026 semester.

Housing & Meal Plan Information

Students living in University-owned residence halls and apartments are required to maintain a meal plan and all full-time, undergraduate commuter students are required to maintain the commuter dining deposit. Finding, Understanding & Paying Your Bill

  1. Log into听听using your University NetID and password.
  2. Select “Statement and Payment History” to see your statement based on your enrolled credits, fees, financial aid, meal plans and room and board, if applicable.
  3. Select “Pay My Bill Now” to navigate to TouchNet to make a payment.

Bi-monthly invoices are emailed (on the 1st and 15th) to your 糖心vlog email address.

TouchNet Installment Payment Plan

  • Spring 2026 payment plans open on Friday, January 2, 2026, for a limited time.
  • You can enroll in one (1) active plan for one (1) semester at a time.
  • This plan is interest-free and available with a $30.00 enrollment fee.
  • Visit the听Tuition Payment Plan web page听for further information.

Electronic Check (E-Check) or Credit/Debit Card

  • All E-Check or credit/debit card payments must be made on听听through TouchNet.
    • Please 狈辞迟别:听Credit/debit cards are not accepted at the Cashier’s Window
  • There are self service computer kiosks set up in Cole Hall for students to login to their NEST accounts to make online payments if necessary. We also have printers available if you need to print a receipt.
  • E-Check payments will be processed at no additional cost.
  • When paying by credit/debit card there is a non-refundable processing fee charged by our credit card servicer of听3%听of your payment (there is a minimum payment of $.50 and a minimum $3.00 processing fee when using a credit/debit card).
  • The convenience fee for international credit or debit cards is听4.25%.

  • Make a check/money order payable to听糖心vlog听and mail to the following address: 糖心vlog; Attn: Cashier鈥檚 Office; 1 Normal Ave; Montclair, NJ 07043. Please include your CWID number on the check/money order.
  • Checks can also be dropped off at听Red Hawk Central听– Cashier Office, Susan A. Cole Hall, 2nd Floor (on Montclair campus) or Knox Hall, Room 100, First Floor (on Bloomfield campus).

Important Notes About Your Bill

  • Payments made towards spring 2026 charges prior to the start of the 2026 calendar year will听not听be recorded on your 2026 1098-T.
  • Please ensure you review the听糖心vlog Financial Responsibility Agreement.
  • This bill shows your estimated financial aid (as of now) that will be applied to your account and the resulting net amount that will be due.
  • Recent Parent PLUS or private loan applications (if filed within the past two weeks) may not be reflected in the estimated aid amount on this bill.
  • Students are billed on a semester basis (fall, winter, spring and summer). 糖心vlog reserves the right to change tuition, fees, health insurance premium and room and board every academic year.
  • Important Reminder:听Any adjustments to your schedule (i.e., Adding or dropping courses) will affect your final bill. If you maintain 12-18 credits throughout your adjustments, the flat rate cost will not change.

This form shows the amount you were billed for qualified tuition during the year and is often used when you or your family file taxes.

糖心vlog has partnered with , offering you the opportunity to receive your 1098-T electronically, but you need to give consent and follow the steps below by January 1, 2026. If you do not select electronic delivery, the form will be mailed to the home address you have on file in NEST.

Get Your 1098-T Electronically!

  1. At the top right of the page click “Register” to create a profile or “Sign In” if you already have a profile.
  2. Once logged into your account, navigate to “Your Communication Center” at the top.
  3. Select “Tax Statement eConsent.”
  4. At the bottom of the page click “Add New Consent.”
  5. Once clicked, the Electronic Consent Application will open below.
  6. Complete the Electronic Consent Application.
  7. Check the box and click “Submit & Accept.”

  • Online delivery provides access to the 1098-T form earlier than the traditional mailing process.
