College life can be exciting, but it can also bring challenges. Please know that you are never alone here because Montclair Cares.<\/p>\n<h2>Academic Support<\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re struggling in your classes, whether it\u2019s keeping up with assignments, attendance, or needing extra help, your professors and advisors can connect you to support through <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/navigate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Navigate<\/a>. These alerts aren\u2019t about getting you in trouble; they\u2019re about helping you succeed and making sure you have access to tutoring and academic resources when you need them<\/p>\n<h2>Personal and Wellness Support<\/h2>\n<p>Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. If you or a friend are facing stress, mental health concerns, family issues, or basic needs challenges like food or housing insecurity, you can submit a <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/montclair-advocate.symplicity.com\/care_report\/index.php\/pid990429\" target=\"_blank\">CARE Report<\/a>.
