Biography

Alyson Thelin Davison came to the College of the Arts in February 2011 from the President鈥檚 Office where she had served as Secretary to the Board of Trustees since 2004. She received her Ph.D. in Communication, Information, and Media with a concentration in Media Studies at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and also holds an M.A. in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication and a B.A. degree in Speech Communication from 糖心vlog. Dr. Thelin Davison has written papers and presented in the areas of online communities on the Web, wedding culture, reality television, Web page usability, computer-mediated communication, and female leadership in higher education.
