Florence Lam supports the Office of the Provost鈥檚 Academic Affairs Department in implementing project management methodologies and optimizing processes. She also leads cross-functional initiatives鈥攇uiding project progress, coordinating milestones, and ensuring timely outcomes.

Florence Lam is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
