Biography

Ginneh Collins is an experienced higher education leader with over a decade of progressive expertise in graduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment strategy. As Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment at ÌÇÐÄvlog, she leads a team of five recruitment professionals supporting admissions efforts across eight colleges and more than 240 graduate programs.

Ginneh oversees end-to-end enrollment strategy, implementing a high-touch recruitment model that guides prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. She develops and executes both short- and long-term recruitment strategies focused on increasing engagement, strengthening the applicant pipeline, and improving conversion outcomes. Her work is grounded in data-informed decision-making, leveraging Slate CRM and reporting tools to design targeted communication campaigns, assess performance, and optimize results.

Sr. Assistant Director, Isabella Salloum: College of Art (CART), College of Communication and Media (CCOM), and International Recruitment 

Assistant Director, Alexandra Moore: College for Education and Engaged Learning (CEEL) and College for Community Health (CCHL). Alex does not manage admissions support for Social Work (MSW), School Psychology, Child Advocacy and Policy (Online MA + Certificate), and Harm Reduction Approaches to Substance Use (Online).

Assistant Director, Emily Jerves: College of Science and Mathematics (CSAM) and School of Nursing (SNUR) 

Assistant Director, Haylee Berry: Feliciano School of Business (SBUS)
