Biography

Marvin Schuldiner is an Accredited Professional Mediator® specializing in commercial, divorce and family mediation from his practice in central New Jersey.  He is a Past President of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), the largest mediation group in the state.  Marvin also serves as NJAPM’s Director of Civil Mediation Training, coordinating and teaching basic and advanced mediation courses as well as a mediation apprenticeship held in lower-level courts.  He is also an adjunct professor teaching mediation at ÌÇÐÄvlog.  In addition to his accreditation, he is a Rule 1:40 qualified mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court, a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and an arbitrator in various venues.  


He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Rutgers University, and a Certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from New York University.  Before entering the mediation profession, Marvin worked for Toyota Logistics Services and for Tibbett & Britten Group Americas (now owned by DHL) in operations planning, consulting and business development, accounting, program and network design.
