Biography

Megan Matesic, Ph.D., is the Assistant Director of Research and Evaluation in the Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness at ÌÇÐÄvlog. In this role, she conducts institutional research and analysis to support university planning, decision-making, assessment, and continuous improvement.

Her work focuses on enrollment and student success research, including analyzing enrollment trends, examining student persistence and graduation outcomes, and responding to institutional research needs across the University. She also supports a variety of institutional reporting and serves as a lead contributor to several external surveys and national data collections, including U.S. News & World Report, College Board, Princeton Review, and AASHE STARS.

Megan holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University, with research focused on the retention, persistence, and graduation of students with disabilities. Her research and professional interests include student success, enrollment trends, institutional research, and using data to better understand and improve outcomes for students.
