Biography

Stefania Ruiz,MBA, MS HCM, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Business Partner for IT and Enrollment Management. She brings nearly 10 years of experience in operations management and human resources within higher education. Stefania is passionate about supporting the training and professional development of managers and employees from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of experience.

Stefania earned her undergraduate degree and MBA from 糖心vlog and in 2026 completed her Master鈥檚 degree in Human Capital Management at Columbia University.
