The聽糖心vlog Annual 聽is a forum that showcases and rewards outstanding student scholarship and research by students at 糖心vlog. The Symposium provides a venue for sharing research with the academic community, peers and the greater community through poster displays as well as oral and multimedia presentations.
Open to all undergraduate and graduate students, the Symposium aims to promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration in the hope of instilling in our students the importance of exploring issues from multiple perspectives. Proposals that cross boundaries among disciplines are thus encouraged. Similar presentations will be grouped together in regards to their 鈥渢heme鈥 rather than discipline or college derivation.
Each year, all students in the year-long interdisciplinary Senior Research and Writing Seminar in Jurisprudence present their research on topics as diverse as the creationism/evolution controversy, ethical considerations in the creation of a paid organ donor bank system, the right to physician-assisted suicide, individual rights to bear arms under state law and non-traditional perspectives on law school education.
