The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor, trusted partner, and advocate for managers and employees within their specified divisions.
As a highly visible campus resource, the HRBP will develop and maintain effective working relationships between Human Resources and the respective Department Heads.
The HRBP will operate as a business partner with the Division to address all HR related issues and matters, including recruitment, employment, total compensation, employee and labor relations, and training and development.Ìý
The HRBP will be a change agent, management advocate, and employee resource, providing expert guidance and solutions aligned with university strategy and objectives.

The HRBP works with managers to track trends across divisions and recommends how to address issues and enhance performance, while staying aligned with division and University values and goals.
